Plan, build, and maintain UI components on design system.
Produce design and research output (usability and concept testing) such as usability testing reports, user flow diagrams, wireframes, sketches, to high-fidelity prototypes
Improve processes and systems within the product team by contributing to high-leverage initiatives
Conduct user-experience research and collaborate with Product Managers to generate solutions.
Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers and Product Owners)
1-2 years of working experience as a designer.

Having experience in web design
Excellent with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Excellent in solving problems and using qual/quant, and using data to inform decisions
Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies.
Good knowledge of UX writing is preferable*.
Problem solver with clear structure, design thinking methodology, data-driven, and analytical skills.
Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior design experience for college, freelance, etc.
Create and design print and digital materials.
Collaborate with the other team to develop design concepts.
