Job Description

Strategizing data-driven decision-making to align our business OKR and drive higher productivity
Doing initiatives across related stakeholders and measuring the impact of every initiative in a timely manner
Utilizing statistical knowledge to deep dive into complex data sets and draw insights to help the business understand the solutions
Proactively address challenges, create and own metric tracking in Tableau to convey insights to stakeholders
Able to identify regular dashboard and engage DA/BI to create standard dashboard to reduce manual work
Pick up and run ad-hoc analysis independently
Analyze Fashion data and provide data-driven recommendations and insights
Doing competitive analysis to find opportunities and give insights based on competitor performances.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required with good business acumen
Problem solver with data-driven and clear structure & analytical skills.
Excellent communication (verbally and in writing), good ability to work in a team, and good negotiation skills
Experience in data analysis using Excel (Vlookup, IF function, Pivot, etc)
Have experience in creating a professional deck
Ability to work quickly, work with cross-functional teams and prioritize under deadlines among competing projects
