MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS: Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand, especially in Butchery.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations and shifts.
