Job Description

Placement : BSD Marketing Gallery, in front of Aeon Mall

Working Hour : 8-5

Off day : Weekdays (weekend will be working days

Requirment :

  • Male or Female, 24 ~ 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Good command in English speaking & writing
  • Computer literate (MS Office, especially excel)
  • Preferably has experience in construction/property/real estate business
  • Preferably has experience in handover/tenant-relation/fit out position and administration work

Job duties :

  • Assist superior in monitoring & recording performance of outsource handover team
  • Assist superior to coordinate & record handover progress (manage data in excel)
  • Collect & record communication between outsource team and Tokyu Land (Sales Team, Property Management Team, & Construction Team)
  • Manage outsource handover contract, payment, & purchasing (for handover equipment/supplies)
