Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global footwear manufacturing company in Indonesia. Our respected client is looking for a highly motivated finance leader who solid experience in footwear, garment, or any apparel manufacturing industry to join their company as the Finance Director. The job is based in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the day-to-day finance operations, accounting, and financial reporting in full compliance with both US GAAP, Indonesia and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining efficient AR, AP, inventory, and cash flow management processes to maximize cash flow and capital utilization in the Company.
  • Establishing effective internal controls within each cycle of our business, including revenue, purchasing, and financial reporting.
  • Improving accounting cost and inventory cost schedule.
  • Coordinate with company's auditor on annual group audit, statutory audit and tax audit.
  • Establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures/processes and ensure continuous efficiency improvement.
  • Implementing and improving ERP system within organization and collaborating with other stakeholders.
  • Reporting to General Manager and Chief of Finance Officer in USA.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experiences in finance management with strong exposure in manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting from reputable university.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP reporting and an ERP system with a preference in an ERP implementation.
  • Experiences in implementing and improving financial reporting processes in a manufacturing company.
  • Fluency in English is required (frequent report & communication to the US CFO).
  • Strong work ethics and personal integrity is a must.
  • Highly proactive and problem solver.
  • Strong management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • CPA certification or strong cost accounting background would be a plus.
