Developing brand architecture, positioning and impactful campaigns strategy that is relevant to target audience.
Briefing and collaborating/ working closely with the creative team and other parties. Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions.
Monitoring the campaign and acting fast to ensure the campaign target is achieved
Creating competitive reviews and managing post campaign reports and brand analytics with actionable recommendations.
Understand market data (analyzing, research, data and trends) to identify current branding challenges and potential opportunities in the market
Project management which includes project status reporting, tracking, execution and follow up to ensure projects are produced on time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Branding/Communications or field required
Previous experience as a brand strategist or similar role within minimum 4 years working experience in Branding/ Communications field; experience in e-commerce/technology company and advertising agency is a plus point.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understand about consumer insight, current market data and trends and be able to advise and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
Strong thinker, strong research skills, and able to do analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in managing offline and online marketing activities.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
