  • Develop a comprehensive brief that meets Tokopedia’s marketing objective to be distributed to the agencies
  • Work closely with the agency to drive marketing key performance metrics.
  • Managing agency’s creative execution cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (brand & category)
  • Review strategy and creative content plan from the agency and discuss necessary changes
  • Brief the agency on the final strategy and content plan for production and review all final content assets.
  • Prioritize and pursue opportunities for driving followers growth and engagement
  • Push agencies to hone in on relevant trends and opportunities when creating new initiatives
  • Kick-off campaigns with agencies and manages all timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization
  • Drive alignment on day-to-day contact to execute every brief precisely

  • Track delivery timeline and determine corrective measure when needed


Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with others and thrive in a group working environment.
  • Communication skills with others, and a keen attention to detail
  • Have a good internet connection at home
  • Have a good knowledge about Project & Account Manager
  • Have a good knowledge about Social Media Industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience working within a social media environment
