Persyaratan
  • Pengalaman Minimal 1 Tahun di industri F&B
  • BAR
  • Menguasai basic coffee knowledge
  • Menguasai mesin espresso
  • Menguasai manual brew
  • Dapat membuat basic latte art
  • Lulusan SMA/SMK atau sederajat
  • Mempunyai pengalaman di industri F&B
  • Rajin dan inisiatif
  • Rapi dan bersih
  • Bisa bekerja sama dengan tim
  • Bertanggung jawab
  • Jujur
  • Disiplin
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Membuat minuman coffee ( espresso dan manual brew ) dan non coffee
  • Membuat laporan stok bahan baku/inventory
  • Membuat laporan pendapatan/penjualan dan pengeluaran/pembelian
  • Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Qsir
  • Membuat minuman sesuai standar resep
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam memelihara kebersihan meja bar dan area customer
  • Mengawasi kegiatan bar dalam menggunakan mesin dan fasilitas lainnya secara efisien
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap stok dan harga bahan minuman
  • Bertanggung jawab mengelola bar

Waktu Bekerja :

  • Senin – Sabtu pukul 10.00 s/d 21.00
