Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Translate verbal and written requests from users / requesters / clients into actionable visual directions for the design team.
  • Set design standards and supervise the quality of design deliverables.
  • Assist graphic designers to solidify concepts and design process.
  • Actively contribute to our evolving brand guideline.
  • Manage and mentor the design team members to grow their skills.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions in the design ideation process.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Visual Communication Design major.
  • 4-6 years experience in design studios / advertising agencies are preferred.
  • Wide knowledge of both digital and print design. (e.g. paper materials and sizes, printing methods and limitations, color systems, etc.)
  • Have a problem solving and self-initiated mindset
