Job Descriptions :

  • Inspect, maintain and repair building; along with its MEP system, in accordance with quality standards.
  • Monitor vendor's work when building maintenance/repair is done by third party.


Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment / Building Management.
  • Having experiences in maintaining Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing in Apartment/Mall.
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta.
