Job Description

Our client looking for a talented General Manager with strong entrepreneurial instincts to head their team evaluate, acquire, and build swimwear business towards becoming a leading brand in our region. They are looking for a General Manager who will help up evaluate, acquire, and operate a leading Bali-based swimwear brand.
Requirements :
  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Minimum of 5 years of in management roles of a high performing retail brand, preferably in Fashion or Swimwear
  • Demonstrated track record of impressive achievement in either operational side or marketing and sales side of the business
  • A developed understanding of all the components of managing a retail business: product development, manufacturing, logistics, sales team management, store management, brand development, advertising, finance, and HR
  • Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential
  • Entrepreneurial and Ambitious. Eager to drive a local brand through a difficult time to become a regional leader in the Swimwear space
  • Willing to be located in Denpasar, Bali
