Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts receivable tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Track distribution relations
  • Reconciliation of high volume of invoices and receipts from B2B invoice
  • Internal control monitoring
  • Developing and maintaining high quality and efficiency standards
  • Adhere to compliance requirements of the Accounts Receivable department
  • Ensure proper controls on cash and electronic receipts
  • Achieve required deadlines for monthly, quarterly, half year and year-end close Skills & attributes – what you bring us

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree inFinance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an accounting/ Account Receivable function
  • Large ERP AR system experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with accounting system and deep understanding of accounting
  • Detail-oriented and willingness to learn
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
