About Our Client

A global logistics company who is currently in the midst of expansion and looking for a project manager to assist them at this time of growth.

Responsible for the preliminary, and authority submission work of the project, such as the preliminary coordination of the land, construction permit application and authority acceptance procedures
Responsible for the management and coordination works of the whole process of the project
Responsible for the quality, safety, progress and investment management of the project
Responsible for internal and external coordination, and resource integration of the project location
Responsible for the handover works and the maintenance management work in the later period after the completion of the project

Minimum a bachelor's degree in civil engineering/building engineering
Familiar with relevant codes, construction codes, construction procedures and management key points of the project
10 years experience in real estate, commercial, public, industrial or warehouse construction project, and familiar with the operation process of each stage of construction and can frequently travel overseas
Those who have supervision or large-scale project construction, client experience and overseas work experience are preferred
Excellent negotiation skills and management skills
Fluent in English
Familiar with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is a must
