Lead the team on quality assurance and testing across multiple projects/systems and to deliver based on business needs.

To provide specialist advice to execute QA & Testing Service.

Job Description:
Build & execute methodology for QA & Testing Service.

Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements of projects.

Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.

Manage and monitor the team to execute the QA & Testing Service in a project.

Create report to Management.
At least have minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Information Technology or similar.

At least have 5 years proven experience handling Technical Test (Performance Test, Test Automation, API Testing).

Strong technical testing experience, such as performance test, API testing, UI automation, mobile automation, end-to-end scenario automation.

Knowledge and experience on test automation framework and DevOps model.

Experience on test data management and test environment management.

Experience on test on both Web Apps and Mobile Apps.

Experience leading testing projects in the context of large-scale, cloud-based infrastructures.

Testing experience with hospital system (front end and back end).

Testing experience with data transformation platform with Cloud technology is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, presentation skills dan also analytical skills.

Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data and draw logical conclusions

Well organized and results-driven individual.

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
