Reports directly to Duty Engineer, Engineering Supervisor is responsible for assisting Duty Engineer. Under supervision of the duty engineer, and is working according to the policies and procedures of the hotel, control and check all duties related to the Mechanic section, Kitchen section, Laundry section, WTP and STP section. At all times the Engineering Leader is expected to lead, by example their behaviour and performance must be without fault. Their guest service standards must be the benchmark that sets the levels to be attained by all staff.
