. To be responsible for overall interface and for all tester system and test program topics
. Act as Overall Interface to lead plant for Work process planning and Lean Manufacturing activities
. To be responsible for production line layout and improvement of the line productivity of the employees and utilization rate of the machines, based on I.E. and BPS approaches in the company
. To analyze and evaluate work and machine processes and Measurement of cycle times, downtimes, output, and conversion in the evaluation system
. To be responsible for Root cause analysis based on cycle time and work content like Analysis of losses, determination of causes (allowance times) and Problem solving in close cooperation with production and manufacturing teams
. To be responsible to calculate and Maintain (BP-)Routing (VT/teb-calculation based on cycle time improvements) incl. definition of potential saving and lead the defined Ratio projects
. To initiate technical, organizational and changeover improvements and implement them with production including improvement plan
. To manage technical capacity and balancing charts as per Bosch standards
. To perform evaluation of workplaces according to ergonomics and workplace specifications
. To ensure regular evaluation and presentation of work plan data
. To be responsible for Lean manufacturing activities incl. leading continuous improvement projects, moderate/support workshops for Value Stream Planning (VSP) and regular/annual BPS assessment of the maturity level
. To ensure compliance with related company, central and legal requirements
. To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
. Ability to work in production
Qualifications
. Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 3 years of related field of work process calculations and lean production
. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration
. Possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written) and moderate meetings/workshops with all levels and departments
. Candidates must be proactive with ability to work in a team and provide positive influence to improve
. Good listener with negotiation skills
. Able to perform manufacturing and economic analysis (facts and figures)
. Possess business, commercial and technical skills with Lean Manufacturing Concept (BPS) is a must
. Candidate must be an accurate person with detailed and results oriented
. Able to perform commercial discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering
. Able to instruct and deal in shopfloor with clear set of logical standards and systematically follow them
. Able to determine cost saving and quality improvement potential in his/her area with focus on company vision, mission, strategy and goals (SQCD)
. Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
