Job Requirement

  • Have at least 7 years of experience in similar role
  • Having a bachelor degree in Finance or Marketing major is preferable
  • Knowledgeable in brand planning and consumer analysis
  • Have deep understanding of brand performance and future aspirations
  • Experienced in financial and P&L management
  • Well spoken and written in English
  • Tech savvy
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal guidelines

Job Description

  • Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing mix and brand strategy for our Ice Cream & Indulgence product
  • Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
  • Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as NPD, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail channels and other channels, service providers and agencies
  • Drive business growth and brand equity through some exciting Innovation and NPD projects
  • Manage the budget for both ATL and BTL
  • Develop brand's digital marketing strategy
