Job Description

Responsible for the development of HC Technology to align with the needs of the organization

Analyzing & proposing development, implementing (Documentation, Testing, Migration, Deploy, Implementation, User Guide)

Monitoring & troubleshooting, and making development & maintenance reporting on all HC Technology

Maintain good relationship with users & vendors.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Informatics Engineering

Has 3 years of industry working experience in HRIS Specialist

Solid knowledge in HRIS & HR Business Process

Skilled in operating MS SQL Server and maintaining database, logic, and integrity data

Mastering MS IIS, MS Excel, and data migration

SIT & UAT to do testing & guide User to do UAT

Willing to work under contract (Ikatan Dinas)
