Job Description

Persyaratan
Having minimum 4 (four) years of working experience as Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor. Preferable in FMCG Industry.

Skill : Good knowledge about Warehouse Management System, Product Handling Control GMP, 5S, FIFO, FEFO, and Leadership

Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels

Having analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
Monitor operational and control performance of WH & Logistics at SC/QRC and other WH location

Inventory stock control and accuracy with regularly reconcile data with Head Office and 3PL’s

Regularly obtain KPI data from daily WH & Logistics operation and responsible for productivity on location

Ensure for implementation of FEFO procedures and other proper process according with SOP

Regularly report to ensure the sufficient stock for all location

Responsible for WH layout improvement

Investigate complain handling from member and create report to superiors

Follow up with building management for any matters related to building in their respective area
