Area Sales Head Bandung (170003ZX)

PRIMARY LOCATION : INDONESIA-INDONESIA-BANDUNG

ORGANIZATION : AXA Indonesia General Insurance (MAGI)

CONTRACT TYPE : Regular

DESCRIPTION This position comes with the following responsibilities :
  • Melakukan pemasaran / penjualan produk yang terkait segmen Wholesale, Retail Banking, Marine cargo, MTF dan bisnis lainnya.
  • Membina Hubungan baik dengan bisnis partner
  • mendapatkan dan monitor terhadap pipeline dari segmen Wholesale, Retail banking, marine cargo, MTF dan bisnis lainnya.
  • Monitor atas konfirmasi perpanjangan bisnis Retail Banking (BBC)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan unit bisnis dan RH dalam melakukan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapat persetujuan underwriting
  • memberikan setiap konfirmasi persetujuan bisnis ke bisnis partner
  • monitor dan evaluasi terhadap laporan produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • berkoordinasi dengan underwriter cabang terkait dengan order bisnis ke bagian Central Operation
  • Ikut dalam meeting dan melakukan presentasi yang diselenggarakan oleh bank Mandiri dan bisnis partner
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pelayanan kepada bisnis partner
  • memastikan target produksi dan target penetrasi dapat tercapai
  • Komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan Regional Head dan MAGI Head Office terkait dengan hal-hal yang terjadi di area/wilayah masing-masing

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualificatons :
  • Pendidikan Min. S1
  • Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan asuransi umum min. 2 tahun
  • Mampu bekerja dengan under pressure
  • Menguasi MS Office, email dan aplikasi internal
