Job Description

Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

Working with the existing project teams, the Visual Storyteller's responsibilities are:

Shoot and produce videos for content trailers, promotional videos, and manifestos

Ideate on video narration, storyboard, scripts to communicate intended messages effectively

Plan, organize, and coordinate the video production with related parties

Produce videos based on agreed timeline

Supervise production and post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of details

Managing budget for the video production
Excellent narrative storytelling capabilities

Have a good understanding of video production

Able to cooperate effectively with the team member and key stakeholder

Able to manage video production expenses within approved budget
