Job Description

Responsible for continuous improvement in Fraud department

Identify the problem and propose a solution

Run adhoc projects

Responsible for the end-to-end quality product improvement

Analyze possible fraud in new process, new campaign, new system, new way of working

Conduct periodical review of fraud parameter
At least 3 (three) years experience in the Financial or Banking Industry

Preferably have consulting experience

Strong analytical and logical thinking

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to details and organizational skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work a fast pace.
