Job Description

1. Drive advertising revenue growth through enabling sales with sponsorship packages by putting together TikTok standard, non-standard ads resources/placements, TikTok creator resources etc.
2. Deliver detailed-creating of pitching decks and customized rate cards as well as client communications when necessary.
3. Responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally.
4. Providing strategic planning, copywriting, and related work supports as needed.
5. Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintaining good client relationships.
6. Collaborating with cross-function teams across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working process.
7. Project management skills.
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 3-5 years of professional and team management experience in media, technology or consulting companies.
3. Experience working with creators and developing branded creator content preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in SEA.
6. Excellent communication skills in person, over email, and on the phone.
7. Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking.
8. Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
9. Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
10. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
