Requirements

  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Minimal pendidikan D3, memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai customer service atau handling complain.
  • Berpenampilan menarik dan rapi.
  • Siap bekerja dan memiliki teknik komunikasi yang baik.
  • Bersedia diterima sebagai karyawan kontrak selama 4 bulan.
  • Lokasi penempatan Town Management Summarecon Bandung.


Job Descriptions

  • Menerima Konsumen yang datang ke kantor Town Management.
  • Mencatat, menjelaskan, dan memfollow up semua yang menjadi keperluan Konsumen dan mengkoordinasikannya dengan bagian yang terkait.
  • Melakukan administrasi terhadap semua data-data konsumen.
  • Melakukan pendataan dan penagihan untuk biaya pemeliharaan lingkungan dan air bersih masing-masing unit konsumen.
