Responsible for the end-to-end payroll activities for all JLL entities to ensure timely Salary payout for all employees (including active employees and all leavers). This includes Overtime Pay, Annual Bonuses, Commissions, Allowances, One Time Payments, 13th month salary, etc. either in the schedule pay cycle or off-cycle.

Monitor, co-ordinate and liaise all payroll events and activities, i.e., BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, reporting income tax article 21 for employee and non-employee (internship/freelance), etc. required with the relevant authorities to ensure controls and compliance are aligned with local laws and regulations with regards to payout.

Involved in the operations for benefit as well as with insurance brokers and insurance providers, BPJS claim, etc

English communication is mandatory
