Job Description
1. Working closely with the Operation team to standardize and ensure high-quality service through continuous quality assessment
2. Monitor Agent's product knowledge, ability to handle regular and hard complaint customer
3. Track the performance and provide proper action plans
4. Prepare & present quality reports and provide recommendation actions
5. Update procedures and scripts based on customer response and changing business needs
Job Requirements
1. 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance
2. Proven track record of analytical skills
3. Proven ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
4. Intermediate Skill with MS Excel & MS Powerpoint, skill with MS Visio will be a plus
5. Results-oriented, self-starter with an ability to work independently with the general direction
6. Has an ability to fully grasp the knowledge in a timely manner
