Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Act as the main PIC and build a strong relationship with Tokopedia's Gift Card partner(s)
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven
  • Managing day-to-day business and operations related to Gift Cards
  • Monitoring the business and generating weekly reports to leaders to measure
  • Work closely with leaders, relevant stakeholders and partners prior to exploring new opportunities and improving our gift card services
  • Operationally support finance team in providing communication and document that may impact the reconciliation process
  • Operationally support operational team (CS) to make sure we serve the best gift card journey for customers, including complaint handling

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years working experience in eCommerce, bank industry, or fintech company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across the team
  • Proactively and having good problem solving
  • Strong track record in operating in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Having good relationships with bank partners and non-bank partners
