  • Responsible for claims registration and claim document verification in accordance with policies, guidelines and agreed services level
  • To ensure that claims data in Prudential System and TPA System are integrated and processed accurately and timely
  • To ensure claim administrations process are done accurately and timely
  • Responsible for claim notifications/letters sent to customers based on agreed services level
  • Claims documents filing
  • To produce required internal/external reports related to Group Claim Services
  • To conduct UAT related to group claim process
  • Responsible for handling issues in systems related with Group claim process
  • Responsible for Claims documents filing
