Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for clients across the marketplaces, platforms and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient planning, execution, analysis and optimization of visibility campaigns as per brand’s objectives to ensure stellar customer experience
  • Review performance of key metrics against set goals, benchmarks and previous performance
  • Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Work closely with the GroupM’s agencies, internal teams and platform SPOCs to ensure comprehensive approach
  • Oversee market research to identify trends, benchmarks and best practices
  • Constantly raise the bar for GroupM’s eCommerce practice by regular evaluation of our offering and adoption of best in class services, technology & processes.
  • Maintain P&L for own function to ensure profitability and optimum utilization of resources


Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results, strong collaboration skills, comfort with ambiguity and a high level of business / commercial acumen.
  • 10-12 years of experience in online & performance marketing
  • Understanding of key retailer dashboards and performance drivers.
    • Strong subject matter expertise in ecommerce marketing across categories
    • Sound analytical skills and a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
    • Good sense of communicating with customers and ability to present complex contexts in a comprehensible way
    • Advanced excel skills
    • Team management skills
