Our client uses technology to modernise distribution and credit in traditional retail.

A Tech Lead Engineer will be responsible for:

Implement the scalable architecture and work on a committed team contributing to robust projects
Provide technical leadership and coaching to your team; conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to learn and share best practices
Ensure the implementation of coding & design best practices via regular code reviews.
Design, build, analyse and fix large-scale systems

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
Having minimum 6 years of experience
A good coder in any language (C++, C, Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, C# etc.) especially Node.JS + TypeScript
Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
Familiarity working on cloud platform e.g. AWS
Familiar with Agile practices is a plus
Good analytic and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
