Operate/Administer Software/Application/Solution on certain agreed/given feature within Digitech Portofolio/Solution Division

Dispacth the service request or incident report to respective PIC as per Defined and Monitoring the progress of Fullfilment/Resolution according to respected SLA

Self Perform the resolution for standard issue category which are within L1 Capability (base on role) and/or already written on the operational Guideline (Frequent Issue/Problem + resolution)

Analize the operational support healthiness ofDigitech Portofolio/Solution and Design the Improvement Plan for Better operation further
7
Maintain whole Operational Guideline as the knowledge Management and Compose the additional item in Operational Guideline
8
Perform regular report and team meeting with portoflio owner/solution in Digitech regarding operation Support
Skill Requirement
1
Diploma/Bachelor on Computer Science, Information System, Informatics, and related major
2
Having Proficiency on ITSM and ITIL (Having Credential Certification is a Plus)
3
Having minimum 2 Year experience as L1 Support focusing on Software/Application in Majority
4
Having experience as L2 in an Advantage
5
Able to Communicate in Bahasa and English and Deliver the message clearly in detail according to the request, incident, fullfillment, and resolution context
6
ability to compose technical/procedure document and act as technical writer as per required
7
Self Starter team player with strong analytical thinking and dedicated to strive operational excellent
8
Willing to perform continuous learn and broad knowledge regarding the latest digitalization and technology trend
9
Willing to work in 8x5 (Office Hour) and Ready To support in Saturday, Sunday and National Holiday if Urgent Needed
