Your 'day to day':

  • Oversees and monitors the performance of the vendor against the agreed KPIs, CPIs and SLAs, as well as compliance to the agreed PMI’s policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, review and report on the service delivery performance of the vendors under the FMS contract.
  • Review and validate the vendors claims for waivers for missed KPIs and CPIs
  • Review the vendors service performance and produce expert trend analysis and management summaries to identify performance trends and potential performance opportunities and improvements
  • Provide expert input to periodic service level management audit reviews as and when required.
  • Produce and publish a regular consolidated performance dashboard.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
  • 5 - 8 years of experience
  • Strong background & experience in IT Service Management Process and Practice
  • Data analytic skill
  • Solid communication skill and drive for result
  • Familiar with Service Now - Optional
  • Good Project Management skill
  • Good command in English, verbal & written
