Job Description

Role and responsibilities, and how will it impact Slash?

Manage Accounting in regards to Accounts Payable, Banking, Human Resource and Payroll;

Monitor Accounts Payable and ensures timely payments;

Record cash receipts and make bank deposits and prepare monthly bank reconciliations;

Liaise with the company’s Accounting Firm;

Execute day to day administration supports: make the contract, agreement, other necessary documentation, and liaise with relevant agency/government officials;

Update and strengthen company admin policies and procedures, if required; ensure the effective implementation of the company policy; and

Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.

Manage group payroll working closely with our Indonesian and Armenian offices and our global remote team

Manage all payments to vendors, contractors, suppliers

Manage quarterly GST, accounting, tax and annual filing for Singapore

Working with offices in Indonesia and Armenia to ensure their accounting and tax is aligned to the Group.

Monthly cashflow management and forecasting

Financial reporting and managing sale invoices

Singapore compliance for Slash and our subsidiaries, including handling of corpsec

Handle budget forecasting and tracking, and expense management

Manage for any Singapore tech, productivity or startup grant applications

Reporting directly to the CEO

Very good command in English;

Understand your role beyond accounting & compliance, but also with financial modeling, consulting, treasury management,

Strong organizational, time management, good analytical, and creative problem-solving skills;

Demonstrated ability to work independently and across different teams;

Good computer skills (MS Office and Xero Accounting is an advantage);

At least 5 years working experience in related field; and

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related and/or Accounting.
