Assist in greeting and escorting guests to their tables according to departmental procedures, when needed. Ensure that tables are set to best service the guests
Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all time
Be aware of guest reactions and confer frequently with superior and other service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide feedback of any problems to the Superior
Work Experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role or diploma in Hotel Administration is preferred.
Able to speak and write in English and to operate common computer applications for the job.
Able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner
Work fast as well as to deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences.
Oversee the administration, operations and management of the Learning Centre.
