Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional call center
  • Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan terkait traffic call
  • Real time report per interval
  • Membantu pencapaian target service level

Persyaratan

  • Max 35 Tahun
  • Min D3/S1 semua jurusan
  • IPK Min 2,75
  • Pria/wanita
  • Min pengalaman sebagai RTFM/Team leader call center
  • Menguasai Ms. Office (Terutama Ms. Excel)
  • Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting
  • Mempunyai ketrampilan menggunakan aplikasi komputer
