Job Description

PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia is an outsourcing call center company, currently, we are open vacant for Team Leader Telamarketing, the requirement will be below: Candidate must possess at least D3 and S1

Qualification:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as leader Contact Center in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Leader Telemarketing (preferable from education online)
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Target Oriented
  • Able to using Ms. Office (Excel is a must)
  • Good communication skill and selling skill
  • Willing to work in shifting
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
  • Currently available (Not working in a company)

Responsiblity:

  • Do tracking and reporting daily briefing with team result
  • Monitoring all agent activities wallboard Evaluation (Talktime, Aux, Abandon, On-call, idle time, etc)
  • Do daily Real-Time Floor Management Evaluation (Average handling Time, Call Back, Recording Review).
  • Coaching and Rules Model Mentoring.
  • Record and report all target achievement daily, weekly, monthly to manager telemarketing
  • Endure Leads Bucket agent in Status contacted.
  • Fulfilled and achieved KPI target Team that assigned (Daily call, Daily Pipeline, Achievement).

Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Tanggal Mulai yang Diharapkan: 19/10/2021

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp3.000.000 - Rp3.500.000 per bulan
