Learning & Development Analyst will be working in Kognisi.id (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) part of Growth Center Kompas Gramedia, focusing on designing and developing various learning contents. The responsibilities are:
Conduct thorough research on various learning topics & objectives in order to produce learning content with proven quality.
Create, manage, integrate, and deliver best practices of learning theory into impactful learning content
Designing and developing learning aids in various engaging formats (e.g. courses, games, videos, quizzes, handouts, and etc.)
Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design if needed.
Partner with external stakeholders to provide learning needs for target audience/customer.
Provide the growth-path learning needs for Kompas Gramedia's internal employees.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner.
Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets.
Minimum Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Preferably have experience in at least 1 project in learning development and course design; creating blended learning solutions for both instructor-led and self-paced learning.
Highly passionate about teaching and education.
Able to apply learning principles, design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation methods.
Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
Able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on deadline.
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Able to work with a diverse population base.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail.
Candidates may be required to work from Corporate HR office in Palmerah, Jakarta.
