Job Description

Strategic & Planning

To provide project management resource to directly manage projects across the organization, delivering within the agreed scope and timescale.

Participate in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of NICEPAY’ software products

Prioritize and allocate projects, products, and resources with the assistance of architects and managers

To develop and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery.

To provide support, advice and assistance to people and/or departments across the organization managing their own projects.

Day to Day Operations

Direct, attend and participate in staff meetings and related activities; attend workshops to keep up to date with Information Technology issues

Ensuring continuity of business for NICEPAY projects

Ensure tight integration between IT Divisions of product and service upgrades and new releases

To ensure clear and quick communication between IT and other departments

To perform additional tasks as required by BoD.

Reporting & Documentation

To provide periodic reports and planning to the BoD

To be responsible for all activities and documents produced from his/her division.

People Management

Accomplishes PMO human resource objective by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees

Communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions including enforcing company policies and procedures

Internal & External Relations

Negotiate project delivery scope with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met
Min. experience 5 years in the same field

Experienced on lead end-to-end IT Project

Strong personality, ready to provide additional positive value & innovation to the company

Capability to lead and dive into the existing IT team

Target oriented with proven projects record

Conceptual & strategic thinking

Assertiveness

Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Especially in the areas of JAVA, Oracle DB, Front-end, Production Monitoring and Continuous Integration/Delivery

Knowledge of technological trends of payment/fintech industry is a plus.
