Work you’ll do

Full execution of the recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, conducting test, background checking, offering and signing).
Assist in campus recruitment programs and other campus related activities
Update and provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates on the recruitment process
Report job progress on regular basis
Develop and improve current recruitment process.
Assist in conducting new hire onboarding

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 2 year working experience in the related field.
Have experience working in headhunter and/or mass recruitment hiring will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, in fast moving and demanding environment.
Work well under pressure of tight deadline is essential.
Have strong commitment and team player.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel & Word)
