Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area-especially in interviewing candidates at all levels (Having an experience in a Technology Company is preferable).
Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowing how to use sourcing tools and technology: knowing how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigating the company’s ATS.
Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, other (online) channels, and professional networks.
Can reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
Regularly monitor the brand performances and recommend strategies for the brands performances.
Develop required POSM for the brands in order to best communicateâ¦
