Job Qualifications
Diploma degree from Automotive Engineering
At least 1 year experience as Service Advisor or 3 years as Technical Support in Automotive Industry (Dealer or Showroom)
Good Communication Skill
Customer Service Oriented
Energetic and high initiatives
Willing to be placed in one of ASSA Branches through out Indonesia
Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
Developing Front Liners Service Standard Guidelines & Customer Care Training Module.
