Ensuring all document meets formal required standards
Sorting, storing, and retrieving softcopy and hardcopy document
Inputting document and data into the system and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date
Ensure documents are met the key times
Contribute in arranging training and facilitator schedule
Coordinate or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training and conduct documentation
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or last year student with an Associate’s degree in records and information management, office administration, secretary and management or relevant major.
Able to do internship for minimum period of 6 to 12 months
Passionate about service and administrative activities
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
Basic to intermediate skills in operating Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
