Job Description: Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager (CEM) to join our team. As a CEM for Grab Commercial team, you will have the exciting opportunity to identify opportunities for the business to grow by looking at internal and external data trends and processes, mainly for GrabFood & GrabMart. CEM plays a critical role in ensuring projects are on track and become the bulwark that ensures every salesperson (Enterprise KAM) feels supported in their work.

The day-to-day activities:
  • Analyze the Enterprise KAM sales activities, data, and processes, then create a detailed improvement plan to increase the sales team’s capability and efficiency.
  • Understand the product roadmap and recommend a product development or any automation to optimize processes
  • Deliver analytics and process flow work on time and in a format that is readable by the various stakeholders
  • Keep files for tracking the operational tasks in the Commercial department, including contract renewals and training management.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across strategy, operations, product, and Key Account Managers

The must-haves:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Process/Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Product Manager
  • Tech-based background is a plus
  • Having applied statistical techniques and analytics
  • Background in engineering, statistics, or economics preferred
  • Strong communication and ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment
  • Able to implement a new process and ensure the receptiveness by the KAM team
  • Hands-on personality, fast learner, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations
