Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Employer Branding team
  • Be a part of a team that manage the timeline, development and delivery of all operational plans
  • Work together with related stakeholders to ensure high quality work in the company’s branding areas
  • Propose and run rigorous and innovative activities to boost employer branding
  • Additional responsibilities within the Employer Branding team as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn about employee experience and employer branding
  • Have strong communication skills especially in written English and Bahasa
  • Independent learner who is proactive
  • Have sharp eyes for details, self-discipline, and a can-do-attitude
  • Able to work effectively in a remote setting (WFH)
  • Able to commit for 3 months or more on a full-time basis
