Job Description

Gather, understand and evaluate user requirements based on business objective and analytics tools in collaboration with Product Owner (PO)/ stakeholders/ related working units

Illustrate design ideas and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

UI/UX maintenance and troubleshooting

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images and make sure all the design comply with brand guidelines
Have a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, computer science or related field;

3 – 5 years proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications with increasing complexity;

Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Figma (sitemap, user flow, wire framing, prototyping), Adobe XD, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator;

Good understanding of HTML and CSS;

Having experience or portfolio in capital market or financial technology may be advantageous

You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders;

You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions;

You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics;

Good understanding of design process and usage of the data;

Fluent in English;

Experience in scrum team.
