Job Description

We are looking for social-media savvy people to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.

The goal is to gradually achieve customer engagement and intimacy by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. The person in this position should have a solid understanding of how each social media platform works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

Research social media communication trends and best practices

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

Develop a content calendar plan that is consistent with the brand identity of the company

Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as: Hootsuite, Planoly, etc

Communicate social media visual plans with graphic designers or third parties

Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms

Undertake audience research

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

Recommend improvements to increase performance

Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English Literature or equivalent

Willing to relocate to Bali

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, 6 months in internships Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques

Good team working, collaboration and networking skills.
