Handling end to end Talent Acquisition (Job Posting, Screening Candidates, Phone Interviewing, Job Interviewing, Psikotes tools, Recruitment Administration, Intensive Communication with Candidates and Users)
Analyzing and evaluating the responsiveness, quality as well as cost of all established recruitment channels
Manages database candidate
Making monthly recruitment report.
Develops good relationship with Universities for employee sourcing
Handling performance evaluation
Conducts Induction Training
Develops training and competency development
Manages TNA and calendar of training, facilitate the training at company and also doing training evaluation
Ensure the performance management system is implemented through talent identification and development
Ensure employee capabilities is supported to business strategies through training & development
Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Management
Having min. 3 years experience in related field
Experience working in IT Company
Have good knowledge Psychometric Assessment
Preferably have a BNSP Certificate
Interviewing Skills & Comprehensive Communication Skills
Having good capability to design and implement performance management
