Controlling general production process
Coordinate all existing activities in Logistic, incoming goods, internal process & delivery
Monitor procurement of materials needed based on production plan, set the ideal standard stock
Runs inventory management, make sure production runs smoothly
Analyzing data between production plan & its realization, also compare with sales data and inventory data, also prepare production report
