Create, design, and deliver training curriculum (inc. team development) & materials needed (treatment protocols, machine guidelines, etc) for Beauty Centre team according to the brand activity calendar and guidelines
Ensure all training and/or assesment delivery methods are engaging for a diverse range of learning styles and reflect contemporary adult learning approaches including digital and social media
Assist each training participant to reach their maximum potentials especially the ones that leads to sales performance through individual encouragement and high quality training methods
Responsible to compile training activity reports, analyse the achievement of training delivery versus training plan, and provide development program based on the report being made
Perform other duties as requested, in a timely, professional, empathetic, accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree all major from reputable university
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position in beauty clinic/spa field/ skincare-cosmetic brands with specialty in customer service, sales and marketing
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom / online training, workshops & simulations) in retail or aesthetics company

Additional certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or relevant field is preferable
Demonstrable experience working as part of a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
