Responsible for offering and selling non-advertising assets, products and services of Kompas, as well as monitoring and evaluating according to the agreement with clients to increase revenue and achieve agreed sales targets.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Strategic Marketing Department (acquisition and retention) to define Kompas products, determine prices, and execute sales packages and programs.
Selling non-advertising assets, products and services for Kompas in accordance with the predetermined distribution to achieve the sales target of NAR sales.
Increase leads and potential clients for B2B and B2C collaboration (individuals, brands, companies, campuses/schools, marketplaces, etc.) through exploring cooperation and establishing good relationships with clients.
Propose and implement innovations or new sales methods to increase sales targets.
Visiting clients to present products, educate products, ensure budgets and product forms that can be used by clients so that closing sales are achieved.
Coordinate internally for making offers and/or billing commitments along with legal and administrative documents.
Make a prospect pipeline and record regular turnover according to the progress of achieving targets, activities, and work progress.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree (S1) all major
Have experience at least 1 year in Account Executive/B2B Sales/Account Associate/Key Account from a Media company, Agency, or B2B service provider
Mastering the concepts of marketing, pricing, distribution, sales, and promotion
Have an understanding of business cooperation and legal aspects
Have an understanding of media products and their derivatives.
Have good presentation, consultative sales and negotiation skills
Have the ability to analyze problems and turn them into solutions and/or innovations for clients and partners
Handling of customer complaint: guidance of co-investigation and 8D report inside PgP5.
